How do I send back my items?

Ensuring that your return meets our online return requirements which can be found here, please follow the below steps to return your purchase back to us:

How To Return

  • Complete the returns form included inside your order & place your item/s into the mailing bag or box and seal it securely - one can also be found HERE.
  • Stick the returns label provided to you inside your order to the outside of the mailing bag or box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
  • Lodge your return with the courier provider

Please note:

  • If you choose to use our returns label, the balance for this service will be deducted from your refund total, if exchanging, we will contact you to take a new payment
  • Return your items within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and packaging intact, shoes must be returned with the original shoe box
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of reaching our warehouse, you will receive a refund notification once processed or a dispatch email once your exchange is on it's way back to you
