Returns Policy
  • Full Priced Items an be returned for a change of mind refund or gift voucher. If you purchase a full priced item using a promotional code, this is still considered eligible for a refund.
  • Markdown/Sale Items with a red price can be returned for a gift voucher only, unless deemed faulty.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for a change of mind return, size exchange, style exchange or gift voucher, unless deemed faulty.
  • We do not accept change of mind returns for gift vouchers or certain accessories such as face masks, shoe care, hats, watches or jewellery, unless deemed faulty.
How To Return
  • If you choose to use our return label, the balance of $12.50 for this service will be deducted from your refund or gift voucher total.
  • Orders sent via DHL will not have a return label, if you didn't receive a label, please use your own carrier to return to us HERE.
  • All orders must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and packaging intact, shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.
  • Complete the returns form included inside your order & place your item/s into the mailing bag or box and seal it securely - returns form can also be found HERE.
  • Stick the returns label provided to you inside your order to the outside of the mailing bag or box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
  • Lodge your return with the courier provider
  • Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of reaching our warehouse, you will receive a refund or gift voucher email once processed.
How to Exchange
  • We are unable to process exchanges on orders placed on our US website. You are welcome to repurchase your preferred size with either the refund or gift voucher issued.
  • If there is a particular item you are looking to exchange for and is showing as low in stock, we would suggest to purchase this as soon as possible.
  • We can provide a refund for the original order once received back to our warehouse to ensure you do not miss out regardless of it is a sale or full price item.
  • Please note that this excludes items marked as Final Sale items as these are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
  • If you are purchasing the same item and your original order had a discount, we can honour the discount, just let us know your new order number.
  • The discount will be applied for the same shoe in a different size or colour only. Shipping costs will apply.

Please note that it is important that you choose a registered, traceable postage service with a reputable postage provider. Tony Bianco is unable to provide a refund or credit for any packages that do not arrive safely to our warehouse.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

We are sorry to hear that your order was not to our normal high standard.

If you believe your item to be faulty, please let us know in writing with supporting photos at and we'll get back to you.

Please note that sale items may not come in a new condition.

  • Torn straps
  • Heel tips fallen off

We will accept returns on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable time frame and after assessment by one of our product experts.
