What delivery options do you offer?

Due to Coronavirus we anticipate our Online Store may face delivery delays.

- Expect longer dispatch time-frames for both express and standard orders.

- Expect longer transit time-frames once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What shipping options do you have?
We offer two shipping speeds for your convenience. Please note that regional areas may be subject to delays on the above time frames.

  • Express is 1-4 business days from dispatch
  • Ground is 5-7 business days from dispatch

  • For Canadian customers we only offer express which may take between 4-14 business days from dispatch depending on your zone and whether you’re in a metro region. The below are average time frames only and regional areas may be subject to delays.

    How much does shipping cost?

  • Ground shipping is $12.50 or FREE on orders over $150
  • Express shipping is $20 or FREE on orders over $350
  • International DHL Express shipping is $35 or FREE on orders over $350

  • Do you ship to US military bases or PO boxes?
  • No, we do not ship to US military bases or PO boxes. Please provide an alternative business or residential shipping address.

  • How long does dispatch take?
  • Due to Covid 19 please expect longer dispatch and transit time-frames once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. 
  • Orders typically ship the next business day. Please note that our warehouse doesn’t ship orders over the weekend or on USA public holidays.
  • Dispatch of your order may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.
  • Pre-order products are subject to the delivery dates indicated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

  • Can I track my delivery?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email which will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking site. Sometimes the carrier can take 24 hours to update shipping. If you tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us as soon as you can via enquiries@tonybianco.com and we can help you out.

    What states do you deliver to?
    Tony Bianco currently only delivers to the 48 contiguous states of America.

    Do you ship internationally from the USA?
    We are now accepting and shipping orders to Canada! If we don’t ship to your area yet, make sure you are subscribed to marketing emails to be the first to know!
